11.9 COUNTY, MUNICIPAL AND SCHOOL AUDITORS' SALARIES AND EXPENSES. Except as otherwise provided in section 11.6, subsection 4, for reaudits, county, municipal and school auditors and their assistants shall, in addition to salary, be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses. Salary payments shall include a prorated amount for vacation and sick leave.
