7D.6 REPORT -- OFFICIAL REGISTER. 1. The secretary shall, as soon as practicable after January 1 of each odd-numbered year, prepare a report of the proceedings of the executive council for the two preceding calendar years. The report shall include a statement of: a. The official canvass of the votes cast at the last general election. b. Other acts of the council that are of general interest. 2.
