CHARTER AGENCIES

Chapter repealed pursuant to terms of former § 7J.3; 2003 Acts, ch
178, § 34, 36 Moneys appropriated to the department of management
from the former charter agency grant fund that are unencumbered or
unobligated at the close of the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007,
remain available for expenditure for the purposes designated in §
7J.2, Code 2007, until the close of the succeeding fiscal year; 2008
