9E.7 REVOCATION -- NOTICE AND HEARING -- RULES. If the commission of a person appointed notary public is revoked by the secretary of state, the secretary shall immediately notify the person through the mail. The notice shall state the cause of the revocation and shall inform the person of the right to a hearing on the revocation.
