15.112 FARMWORKS MATCHING FUNDS. If the federal government funds the "farmworks" national demonstration project for distressed family farmers, the department shall allocate to the project from the rural enterprise fund or another fund, an amount equal to four percent of the federal funding each year for a three-year period on a dollar-for-dollar matching basis with local or private contributions.          Section History: Recent Form 93 Acts, ch 180, §38
