16.151 AUTHORITY TO ISSUE IOWA TANK ASSISTANCE BONDS. The authority shall assist the Iowa comprehensive petroleum underground storage tank fund as provided in chapter 455G and the authority shall have all of the powers that the Iowa comprehensive petroleum underground storage tank fund board possesses and which that board delegates to the authority in a chapter 28E agreement or a contract between the authority and the Iowa comprehensive petroleum underground storage tank fund board with respect to the issuance and securing of bonds and carrying out the purposes of chapter 455G.          Section History: Recent Form 89 Acts, ch 131, § 12 CS89, § 220.151 C93, § 16.151
