16.197 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. A member of the Iowa jobs board, a person acting on behalf of the board while acting within the scope of their employment or agency, or the treasurer of state, shall not be subject to personal liability resulting from carrying out the powers and duties of the board or the treasurer, as applicable, in sections 16.192 through 16.196.          Section History: Recent Form 2009 Acts, ch 173, §11, 36
