425.34 HEARINGS AND APPEALS. If the department of revenue orders a landlord to reduce rent to a claimant, then upon the request of the landlord the department of revenue shall hold a prompt hearing of the matter, to be conducted in accordance with the rules of the department. The department of revenue shall give notice of the decision by mail to the claimant and to the landlord.
