441.11 INCUMBENT DEPUTY ASSESSORS. A deputy assessor shall be considered eligible to remain in the deputy's present position provided continuing education requirements are met. To become eligible for another deputy assessor position, a deputy assessor presently holding office is required to obtain certification as provided for in sections 441.5 and 441.10.
