455B.179 TRADE SECRETS PROTECTED. Upon a satisfactory showing by any person to the director that public disclosure of any record, report, permit, permit application, or other document or information or part thereof would divulge methods or processes entitled to protection as a trade secret, any such record, report, permit, permit application, or other document or part thereof other than effluent data and analytical results of monitoring of public water supply systems, shall be accorded confidential treatment.
