455B.192 LOCAL GOVERNMENT -- PENALTIES. Notwithstanding sections 331.302, 331.307, 364.3, and 364.22, a city or county may assess a civil penalty for a violation of this division which is equal to the amount the department has assessed for a violation under this division.
