455B.224 - SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR. - Iowa Statutes

455B.224 SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR. Any person, including any firm, corporation, municipal corporation, or other governmental subdivision or agency, violating any provisions of this part 2 of division III or the rules adopted thereunder after written notice thereof by the executive director is guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Each day of operation in such violation of said part or any rules adopted thereunder shall constitute a separate offense.
