455B.451 FURTHER APPROVALS PROHIBITED -- EXCEPTION. Upon the issuance of a license under this part 6 of division IV, notwithstanding any provision of law or ordinance except statutory requirements relating to the protection of employees engaged in the construction of the facility, no further approval, permit, or license for the construction, operation, or maintenance of the facility as stated in the license shall be required. The commission may incorporate in the license the licensing requirements of a regulatory agency to the extent that those requirements are consistent with the construction and operation of the facility according to the requirements of the commission. However, this section does not limit the authority of the director under sections 455B.413 and 455B.415.
