455B.454 PENALTIES. A person required to obtain a site license under this part 6 of division IV who constructs a facility without having first obtained the license is subject to a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars for each violation or for each day of continuing violation. Civil penalties collected pursuant to this subsection shall be forwarded by the clerk of court to the treasurer of state for deposit in the general fund of the state.          Section History: Early Form [81 Acts, ch 152, § 14] Referred to in § 29C.8A
