455B.473A PETROLEUM UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REGISTRATION AMNESTY PROGRAM. A petroleum underground storage tank required to be registered under section 455B.473, which has not been registered prior to July 1, 1988, may be registered under the following conditions: 1. The tank registration fee under section 455B.473, subsection 5, shall accompany the registration. 2. The storage tank management fee of fifteen dollars per tank under section 455B.479 shall be paid for past years in which the tank should have been registered. If a tank is registered under this section on or prior to October 1, 1989, penalties under section 455B.477 shall be waived.          Section History: Recent Form 88 Acts, ch 1244, §3
