456A.30 FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION. The legislature finds that the state of Iowa and its subdivisions should enjoy the benefits of federal assistance programs for the planning and development of the outdoor recreation resources of the state, including the acquisition of lands and waters and interests therein.
