459.315A DISCIPLINARY ACTION -- COMMERCIAL MANURE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. The department may issue an order to suspend or revoke the certification of a commercial manure service representative for a violation of this chapter. The department shall issue an order for the suspension or revocation of a certificate as provided in chapter 17A.
