461A.10 TITLE TO LANDS. The title to all lands purchased, condemned, or donated, hereunder, for park or highway purposes, shall be taken in the name of the state and if thereafter it shall be deemed advisable to sell any portion of the land so purchased or condemned, the proceeds of such sale shall be placed to the credit of the said public state parks fund to be used for such park purposes.          Section History: Early Form [C24, 27, 31, 35, 39, § 1803; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 111.10]          Section History: Recent Form C93, § 461A.10
