461A.46 CLOSING TIME. Except by arrangement or permission granted by the director or the director's authorized representative, all persons shall vacate state parks and preserves before ten-thirty o'clock p.m. Areas may be closed at an earlier or later hour, of which notice shall be given by proper signs or instructions.
