468.140 OUTLET FOR LATERAL DRAINS -- SPECIFICATIONS. The owner of any premises assessed for the payment of the costs of location and construction of any ditch, drain, or watercourse as in this subchapter, parts 1 through 5, provided, shall have the right to use the same as an outlet for lateral drains from the premises.
