468.143 WHAT THE AGREEMENT SHALL CONTAIN. Such agreements shall contain the following: 1. A description of the lands by congressional divisions, metes and bounds, or other intelligible manner, together with the names of the owners of all said lands. 2. The location of the drains and ditches to be constructed, describing their sources and outlets and the courses thereof. 3. The character and extent of drainage improvement to be constructed, including settling basins, if any. 4. The assessment of damages, if any. 5. The classification of the lands included in such district, the amount of drainage taxes or special assessments to be levied upon and against the several tracts, and when the same shall be levied and paid. 6.
