468.18 - WAIVER OF NOTICE. - Iowa Statutes

468.18 WAIVER OF NOTICE. No service of notice shall be required upon any person who shall file with the auditor a statement in writing, signed by the person, waiving notice, or who enters an appearance in the proceedings.
