468.230 ADMINISTRATORS APPOINTED. The county board of supervisors of any county of this state in which one or more drainage districts are established may by resolution establish a board of county drainage administrators. All of the powers, duties, and responsibilities now or hereafter conferred on county boards of supervisors in this chapter shall thereupon be transferred to and thereafter exercised by the board of county drainage administrators.
