468.274 NOTICE. Immediately upon the filing of the report of the commissioners and the engineer, if the same recommends the establishment of such district, notice shall be given by the auditor of each county to the owners of all the lots and tracts of land in the auditor's own county respectively embraced within such district as recommended by the commissioners as shown by the transfer books in the office of the auditor of each of said counties, and also to the persons in actual occupancy of all the lots or tracts of land in such district, and also to each lienholder or encumbrancer of any of such lots or tracts as shown by the records of the respective counties.          Section History: Early Form [S13, § 1989-a29; C24, 27, 31, 35, 39, § 7603; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 457.5]          Section History: Recent Form 89 Acts, ch 126, § 2 CS89, § 468.274
