468.276 CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES -- FILING -- WAIVER. Any person filing objections or claiming damages or compensation on account of the construction of such improvement shall file the same in writing in the office of the auditor of the county in which the person's land is situated, at or before the time set for hearing. The person may, however, file it at the time and place of hearing.
