468.327 - TRUSTEE CONTROL. - Iowa Statutes

468.327 TRUSTEE CONTROL. A district formed pursuant to this part, under the control of a city council, may be placed under the control and management of a board of trustees as provided in subchapter III of this chapter. Each trustee shall be a citizen of the United States not less than eighteen years of age and a bona fide owner of benefited land in the district for which the trustee is elected.
