468.613 - CONSTRUCTION. - Iowa Statutes

468.613 CONSTRUCTION. Before entering on the construction of the drain, the party applying therefor shall pay to the party through whose land said drain is to be constructed the damages awarded to that party, or shall pay the same to the board for that party's use.
