468.79 DEFICIENCY LEVY -- ADDITIONAL BONDS. If any levy of assessments is not sufficient to meet the interest and principal of outstanding bonds, or if default shall occur by reason of nonpayment of assessments, additional assessments may be made on the same classification as the previous ones.
