482.13 RECIPROCITY FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING AND COMMERCIAL TURTLE FISHING. 1. Reciprocal commercial fishing and commercial turtle fishing privileges are contingent upon a grant of similar privileges by the appropriate state to residents of this state. 2.
