483A.50 DEFINITIONS. When used in this division, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Bonds" means negotiable wildlife habitat bonds of the commission issued pursuant to this division and includes all bonds, notes, and other obligations issued in anticipation of these bonds or as refunding bonds pursuant to this division. 2. "Treasurer" means the treasurer of state of the state of Iowa. 3.
