486A.1211 REGISTERED OFFICE AND REGISTERED AGENT. Each partnership that is qualified under section 486A.1001 shall continuously maintain in this state the following: 1. A registered office. 2. A registered agent, who is one of the following: a. An individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office. b. A domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office. c.
