490A.804 INTERIM DISTRIBUTIONS. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a member is entitled to receive distributions from a limited liability company before the member's withdrawal from the limited liability company and before the dissolution and winding up of the company to the extent and at the times or upon the happening of the events specified in the articles of organization or an operating agreement.          Section History: Recent Form 92 Acts, ch 1151, § 47
