501A.505 EXISTENCE. 1. Commencement. The existence of a cooperative shall commence on or after the filing of articles of organization as provided in section 501A.503. 2. Duration. A cooperative shall have a perpetual duration unless the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration in the articles or the cooperative is dissolved as provided in subchapter XII.          Section History: Recent Form 2005 Acts, ch 135, §29
