501A.702 NUMBER OF DIRECTORS. The board shall not have less than five directors, except that a cooperative with fifty or fewer members may have three or more directors as prescribed in the cooperative's articles or bylaws. Section History: Recent Form 2005 Acts, ch 135, §36
