504.1507 REGISTERED OFFICE AND REGISTERED AGENT OF FOREIGN CORPORATION. Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall continuously maintain in this state both of the following: 1. A registered office with the same address as that of its registered agent. 2. A registered agent, who may be any of the following: a. An individual who resides in this state and whose office is identical to the registered office. b. A domestic business or nonprofit corporation whose office is identical to the registered office. c.
