505.27A SALE OF LIFE INSURANCE TO MILITARY PERSONNEL. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the commissioner of insurance shall have the authority to adopt such rules related to the sale of life insurance, other than the servicemembers' group life insurance program under 38 U.S.C. pt. II, ch. 19, subch. III, as may be necessary to protect military personnel located either on a United States military installation or elsewhere in this state and to carry out the provisions of this title.          Section History: Recent Form 2007 Acts, ch 137, §7
