507C.8 CONTINUATION OF DELINQUENCY PROCEEDINGS. A proceeding commenced before July 1, 1984 shall be deemed to have commenced under this chapter for the purpose of conducting the proceeding thereafter. However, in the discretion of the commissioner the proceeding may be continued, in whole or in part, as it would have continued had this chapter not been enacted.          Section History: Recent Form 84 Acts, ch 1175, § 8
