509A.10 DECISIONS OF GOVERNING BODY FINAL. The decisions of the governing body upon all matters upon which the said governing body is empowered to act, under and pursuant to the provisions hereof, shall be final and conclusive, in the absence of fraud, and no appeal shall be allowed therefrom nor shall such decisions of the governing body, in the absence of fraud, be reviewed, enjoined or set aside by any court.          Section History: Early Form [C50, 54, 58, 62, § 365A.10; C66, § 509.24; C71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 509A.10]
