510A.3 APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies to licensed insurers as defined in section 510A.2, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state and having a substantially similar law. All provisions of the insurance holding company Act, to the extent those provisions are not superseded by this chapter, continue to apply to all persons associated with holding companies subject to this chapter.          Section History: Recent Form 91 Acts, ch 26, § 12; 92 Acts, ch 1117, § 37
