514D.7 EXCLUSIONS. This chapter does not apply to any of the following: 1. A policy of credit accident and health or credit accident and sickness insurance. 2. A policy of accident and sickness insurance which is exempt from the provisions of sections 514A.1 to 514A.12 by virtue of an exemption set forth in section 514A.1 or 514A.8. 3.
