515.1 - APPLICABILITY. - Iowa Statutes

515.1 APPLICABILITY. Corporations formed for the purpose of insurance, other than life insurance, shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 490, chapter 491, or chapter 504, except as modified by the provisions of this chapter.
