515.152 JUDICIAL REVIEW. Judicial review of the actions of the commissioner of insurance may be sought in accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A, upon filing with the clerk of court a good and sufficient bond for the payment of all costs adjudged against the petitioner.
