515.51 POLICIES -- EXECUTION -- REQUIREMENTS. All policies or contracts of insurance except surety bonds made or entered into by the company may be made either with or without the seal of the company, but shall be subscribed by the president, or such other officer as may be designated by the directors for that purpose, and be attested to by the secretary or the secretary's designee of the company.
