515F.16 FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION. A person, including an insurer, or advisory organization, shall not willfully withhold information which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the commissioner, a statistical agency designated by the commissioner, an advisory organization, or an insurer.
