515G.12 AMENDMENTS -- WITHDRAWAL. At any time before approval of the plan of conversion and pursuant to rules issued by the commissioner, the board of directors of a mutual insurer may amend the conversion plan. The board of directors of a mutual insurer may withdraw the plan of conversion at any time prior to the approval of the plan of conversion by either the commissioner or the policyholders.          Section History: Recent Form 90 Acts, ch 1083, §12
