516D.6 DISCLOSURES. 1. All material restrictions on an advertised rate or on the use of the rental vehicle must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in any price advertisement. 2. A rental company shall only advertise, quote, and charge a rental rate that includes all mandatory charges.
