518.27 FORM -- APPROVAL. The form of all policies, applications, agreements, and endorsements modifying the provisions of policies, and all permits and riders used in this state, issued or proposed to be issued by a county mutual insurance association doing business in this state under the provisions of this chapter, shall first be examined and approved by the commissioner of insurance.          Section History: Recent Form 95 Acts, ch 185, §29 Referred to in § 518.28
