534.518 DISSOLUTION. The dissolution of an association shall be conducted pursuant to procedures approved by the superintendent. Upon dissolution, the association shall surrender its certificate of authority to the superintendent, and the superintendent shall publish notice of the dissolution in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the home office of the association.          Section History: Recent Form 90 Acts, ch 1208, §18
