535B.17 POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR -- WAIVER AUTHORITY. In addition to any other duties imposed upon the administrator by law, the administrator may participate in a multistate automated licensing system for mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, and mortgage loan originators.
