536.28 - DEFINITIONS. - Iowa Statutes

536.28 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Administrator" means the person designated in section 537.6103. 2. "Consumer loan" means a loan as defined in section 537.1301. 3. "Licensee" means a person licensed under this chapter. 4.
